Hibachi-Style Cabbage







Ingredients:

1tbsp. Sunflower, canola, or grapeseed oil or other high-smoke point oil
4 cups julienned cabbage
1 medium carrot, julienned, about 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce, or to taste






 Heat oil on grilling surface over medium-high heat. Add cabbage and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until cabbage is tender-crisp. Add the butter and toss until melted. Add soy sauce, and cook until the soy sauce begins to caramelize. Remove from grill and keep warm until ready to serve. Serves 4.
