Spicy Peach Glazed Chicken

We busy women have to stick together, right? Spicy Peach Glazed Chicken was a big hit at my house tonight. Not all that spicy-- you could turn up the heat by adding some hot sauce or crushed red pepper.
Recipe for the glaze (enough for a large package of chicken breasts-- I get the giant discount packages with 7-8 in them):
  • 1 cup peach jam (I used homemade!) 
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, minced 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp stone ground mustard 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 

 Grill chicken until juices run clear. Brush with sauce, turn, grill for about 2 minutes on each side or so, just until the sauce begins to caramelize, but be careful not to let it burn.
